To attend a Walk to Emmaus Event in the Nebraska Community, you will need to complete an application and have a Sponsor. Your Sponsor needs to be someone who has attended an Emmaus weekend, or another 3 Day qualifying event (Click here for a list of qualifying events). If you do not know anyone who has attended an Emmaus weekend to sponsor you, please call 402-370-5612 and leave your name, phone number, and what city you live in. Or you can email website@nebraskawalktoemmaus.org and leave the same info. Someone will contact you.
If you have not attended an Emmaus event, please do not download any of the forms below. Your Sponsor will give you the correct form to complete!

To be downloaded by the Sponsor and given to the applicant to complete. It is recommended that the Sponsor is with the applicant while they are completing the information so they know all the information is completed.
Sponsors need to complete and include the following Sponsor Form with the Walk Application. It must be mailed at the same time as the application.
If you are a team member in the Conference Room or working Agape you need to complete a Team Registration form.
